Our Team
Paige Mohs, Board Member and Founder
Transformed Twelve exists today because of Paige’s listening ear tuned in to what God wanted to show her and her husband, Jim on their first trip to Haiti. (You can read that full story here.) After actively taking steps to obey this prompting, Paige and Jim started helping the first 12 students God put in their path. It quickly became apparent that God wanted to invite others to join the Mohs on this journey, too.
Whether with an impact team or by herself, Paige makes it a priority to travel to Haiti at least four times a year to nourish relationships there. Since relationships are at the core of everything we do here at T12, Paige travels to Haiti to spend personal time with T12 families and their students. These trips are also the perfect time to cultivate relationships among the T12 staff members in Haiti.
When Paige isn’t in Haiti, she spends her time meeting with people in the States who want to know more about who we are and what we do. From visionary meetings to managing volunteers, Paige has her hands full throughout our organization.
Paige lives in Orono, Minnesota with her husband, Jim and their ever-expanding family.
Jim Mohs, Advisor to the Board and Founder
Jim and Paige Mohs founded Transformed Twelve after a series of visits to Haiti. Thier love for haitians and the beauty and hope amongst the extreme poverty drives T12 daily. Their commitment to keeping families together is fulfilled by allowing economic development for families. This is accomplished by facilitating education and care. The love for their family, that live with them and those that live in Haiti, blesses the lives of many. Previous experience with non-profits and success in business add to the many assets of T12.

Rich Pointer, Board Member
After spending his career working in education, Rich understands the unrivaled importance of a good education and what it can mean for one’s future. The emphasis T12 places on supporting the entire family has always been a core value for him.
It didn’t take long for Rich to catch Jim and Paige’s unwavering enthusiasm and commitment for helping the children and families of Haiti. He sees God’s hand at work in this organization and is thrilled to be involved.
Rich is a retired educational administrator and entrepreneur living in Naples, FL with his wife of 50+ years, Nancy. He’s volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and many other organizations throughout the years. He’s a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Wadson Maxime, Director in Haiti
Jim and Paige first met Wadson on a trip to Haiti back in 2013. Over the following months as T12 began to evolve, their paths kept crossing with Wadson. With his background in specialized education, his heart for God’s word, and his years of experience working with young children in orphanages and churches, we knew Wadson belonged on the T12 team.
As the country director, Wadson’s days are filled with visiting face-to-face with T12 families, following up with various needs from students, and meeting with potential new families. He regularly visits the various schools T12 students attend to pay their school fees directly and receive updates on each student’s progress.
In 2017, Wadson received his BA in Theology from STEADH (séminaire théologie des Assemblée de Dieu en Haiti). He dreams of being a pastor and share the Gospel of Jesus with every Haitian. Wadson lives in Port au Prince with his wife, Daniella and their 5 children.
